--How it works--
Create a wellness challenge in the app and invite coworkers and friends to join. Earn points by logging wellness activities (such as running, walking, meditation, journaling, or even drinking water)! Your points help you track your progress and climb the leaderboard. Like and comment on other participants' activities for some friendly competition and a motivational push.

Build awesome team culture, connect with your coworkers, and build camaraderie in remote teams with GymBuddy for Teams! Join a wellness challenge with your work team or with your entire company. Earn points by sticking to healthy habits that are proven reduce burnout, such as walking, stretching, yoga, journaling and meditation. Companies have extra control over who can join their wellness challenges.
Build community, get stronger together, and celebrate successes together.
